Tim is an ICF credentialed coach and experienced facilitator with over 20 years of wide-ranging talent development experience. He had a corporate career in learning & development for one of the country’s largest insurance and financial services companies, and appreciates using this Fortune 50 experience to help clients learn, develop and grow.
Michele is a Professor of Counseling in the Department of Graduate Psychology at James Madison University and has a deep understanding of mindfulness. Her work is grounded in neuroscience and practical application, and she works with leaders to develop personal mindfulness practices that enhance strategic focus, cultivate compassion and clarify communication.
As a coach, Tim excels at being present, listening and asking powerful questions. Tim creates a safe, supportive environment; flexing to meet each client's individual needs. Inquisitive and insightful, he partners with clients to discover blocks to their success, and the powerful actions to overcome them. He encourages commitment, and supports accountability; moving clients consistently toward their desired outcomes.
